These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KronoPill, including the mobile app, website, reminders, dose history, PDF reports, AI-assisted features, free features, premium features, subscriptions, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using KronoPill, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use KronoPill.

1. What KronoPill Is

KronoPill is a medication reminder and organization app designed to help users manage medication schedules, vitamins, dose history, notes, reminders, and PDF reports.

KronoPill may also include optional AI-assisted features to help with app guidance, organization, text extraction, image-based scanning, or general routine support.

2. Eligibility

You may use KronoPill only if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use KronoPill without appropriate supervision from a parent, guardian, caregiver, or qualified healthcare professional.

If you use KronoPill on behalf of another person, such as a family member or person under your care, you are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate permission and authority to enter or manage that person's information.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use KronoPill and for the information you enter into the app. This includes responsibility for:

• Entering accurate medication names, vitamin names, doses, schedules, reminders, and notes.
• Checking information against official prescription labels and instructions from your doctor or pharmacist.
• Keeping backup reminders or safety systems when needed.
• Reviewing reminders, reports, and app settings for accuracy.
• Protecting your device with appropriate security measures.
• Seeking professional medical advice when needed.

4. No Medical Advice

KronoPill does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage instructions, emergency support, or clinical decision-making. Any information shown in the app, including reminders, AI responses, PDF reports, dose history, and app suggestions, is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Always consult a licensed doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about prescriptions, dosage, symptoms, interactions, treatment, or emergencies.

Your use of KronoPill is also subject to the Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Reminders and App Availability

Medication reminders depend on the data you enter and on your device settings, operating system, notification permissions, exact alarm permissions, battery settings, sound settings, network conditions, and technical performance.

KronoPill does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, alarms, AI features, PDF exports, reports, or any app feature will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or delivered at the exact time needed.

6. AI Features

KronoPill may include optional AI features. These features may generate responses, organize information, extract text, analyze images, or provide app-related guidance. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

You must not rely on AI responses as medical advice. You should independently verify AI-generated information with official prescription labels, medication packaging, pharmacists, doctors, or qualified healthcare professionals.

You are responsible for any information you choose to submit to AI features. Do not submit information that you do not want processed according to the Privacy Policy.

7. PDF Reports and User Content

KronoPill may allow you to create PDF reports or summaries based on the information stored in the app. These reports are self-reported organizational summaries and are not official medical records, clinical records, pharmacy records, or legal proof of medication adherence.

You are responsible for reviewing any PDF report before saving, printing, sending, or sharing it. Once you share a report outside KronoPill, you are responsible for who receives it and how it is used.

You retain ownership of the medication information, notes, prompts, images, and other content you enter into KronoPill. You grant KronoPill permission to process that content only as needed to provide the app's features, such as reminders, reports, AI processing, storage, or sharing functions you request.

8. Privacy

Your use of KronoPill is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how KronoPill handles app data, medication information, AI features, PDF reports, purchases, ads, and user choices.

By using KronoPill, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy.

9. Free Features, Ads, and Premium Features

KronoPill may offer both free and premium features. Free features may have limits, such as limits on the number of medications, reports, AI usage, or other functionality. The free version may display ads.

Premium features may include additional functionality such as unlimited medications, PDF reports, AI-related features, ad-free use, or other features described in the app or on the website. Feature availability may change over time.

We may add, remove, modify, pause, or limit features when needed for technical, legal, security, platform, business, or product reasons.

10. Purchases, Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions for KronoPill may be processed through Google Play Billing or another app store payment system. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, renewal terms, trial periods, cancellation options, and refund eligibility may depend on your country, platform, app store account, and payment provider.

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, you are responsible for managing or canceling that subscription through your Google Play account settings. Google Play explains that subscriptions can be canceled, paused, or changed through Google Play, and refund eligibility is generally handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

KronoPill does not directly store your credit card information when purchases are processed by Google Play or another app store payment system.

Unless required by applicable law or app store policy, fees paid for premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been provided or the applicable refund window has expired.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse KronoPill. You must not:

• Use KronoPill for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Use KronoPill to provide medical advice or clinical decisions to others if you are not authorized to do so.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit the app except where allowed by law.
• Bypass payment systems, usage limits, security measures, subscriptions, ads, or access controls.
• Upload or submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-violating content through AI or scanning features.
• Interfere with the app, servers, providers, APIs, payment systems, or third-party services connected to KronoPill.

12. Third-Party Services

KronoPill may rely on third-party services for functionality such as AI processing, app store billing, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, hosting, or other infrastructure. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

KronoPill is not responsible for third-party services, app store policies, payment provider decisions, AI provider outputs, advertising networks, or external websites linked from the app or website.

13. Intellectual Property

KronoPill, including its name, logo, design, code, text, graphics, features, layout, branding, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to KronoPill and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of KronoPill or any related intellectual property. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app according to these Terms.

14. Updates and Changes to the App

KronoPill may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, or changed at any time. Updates may add, remove, or modify features, pricing, limits, interface elements, AI behavior, third-party integrations, or technical requirements.

Some app features may require an internet connection, app update, operating system version, permission, subscription, or third-party service availability.

15. Termination

You may stop using KronoPill at any time. You may also delete the app from your device. If you delete the app, local app data may be removed depending on your device settings and backup configuration.

We may suspend or terminate access to KronoPill or specific features if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the app, created security risk, violated law, or used the app in a harmful way.

16. Disclaimers

KronoPill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KronoPill makes no warranties or guarantees that the app will be accurate, reliable, available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular needs.

KronoPill does not guarantee medical outcomes, medication adherence, reminder delivery, AI accuracy, report accuracy, data preservation, subscription availability, or uninterrupted access to any feature.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KronoPill and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages related to missed reminders, incorrect user input, AI-generated information, medical decisions, lost data, subscription issues, app unavailability, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KronoPill and its publisher from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of KronoPill, your violation of these Terms, your user content, your medical decisions, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to KronoPill, legal requirements, platform requirements, third-party services, pricing, subscriptions, or business practices. When we update this page, we will change the effective date above.

Your continued use of KronoPill after updated Terms become available means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted according to applicable law. Because users may access KronoPill from different locations, some rights and obligations may vary depending on your country, state, province, or region.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
